Certified Staff
Mainline encourages and supports its staff in developing training action plans, which focus on improving staff performance, business productivity and competitiveness. Furthermore, the company ensures everyone on staff is certified in their designated field, ranging from cleaning specialists to customer service professionals.
Joseph Abballe, General Manager and pioneer in the carpet maintenance industry for more than 30 years, has always prioritized education. In 2001, he became a certified IICRC instructor in Commercial Carpet Maintenance and Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning. He then established Infinite Transformations, an IICRC certified school, to train and certify Mainline’s technicians and office staff. He also trains industry professionals, facility managers and designers.
IICRC Mission
The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification serves as an independent certification body to set and promote high standards, communication and technical proficiency within the industry.
