Inside Sales – Business Developer

The Inside Sales – Business Development will assist in achieving sales and retention targets.
The ideal candidate must be driven to succeed in a fast paced, high energy team of 10. Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Prospects and makes cold calls through telemarketing, with the objective of converting raw leads to prospects clients,
• Sets up Sales appointments and site visits with high level decision makers associated within our F500 clients target market
• Achieves sales targets.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Use company resources to identify prospect clients.
• Resolve customer service complaints/concerns in a timely manner.
• Writes proposals, Tenders, RFQ, RFP, and prepares quotes and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Must have Canadian experience of 3-5 years in the service industry.
• Strong Computer skills, preferably working knowledge of MS 2010 Outlook and BCM
• Excellent telephone skills, communicating in an effective professional manner
• Good computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build on a team relationship at all levels of the organization
