Carpet Restoration
Your carpet is like a filter; it traps mould and dust mites allowing a home for them to multiply and contaminating your indoor air. Once impurities have been trapped in the carpet, they must be extracted using thorough steam cleaning procedures, as recommended by all carpet manufacturers. Mainline Services uses specialized equipment and environmentally safe detergents to ‘clean your filter.’ Our certified team works effectively to protect your health and prolong your carpet investment. With Mainline’s professional program, you are guaranteed a clean and sanitized carpet that will dry within a maximum of five hours.
Mainlines 6 steps to Carpet Restoration
1. Pre-Assessment
Pre-Assessment involves a thorough inspection of service areas, where details are then documented onto a gridded floor plan.
2. Power Pile Lifting
Power Pile Lifting vacuums out the dry soil, preventing mud from forming. This procedure revives your carpet fibers, improving its appearance and lifecycle. Details are not ignored as Mainline will include baseboard edge vacuuming with damp wiping, lifting of all wires and edge vacuuming around and under desks, workstation panels and behind doors.
3. Pre-conditioning
Pre-conditioning includes a specially formulated agent that will prepare your carpet for maximum soil suspension and release.
4. Specialized Spot Removal
Specialized Spot Removal is performed with an environmentally safe cleaning agent that is used to remove persistent spots while protecting the carpet appearance.
5. Deep Steam Cleaning
Deep Steam Cleaning vaporizes hot water into a coarse mist that is then injected into the carpet. Soil is held in suspension and removed by a powerful vacuum into a recovery tank, where it is later disposed in an environmentally friendly manner.
6. Air Movers
Air Movers help prevent bacterial growth and ensure that the carpet is absolutely dry before usage on the next business day.
